I ordered 20 quarts of VR1 from Walmart, but they sent me 4 quarts.

Mile stone…oil change. First in years.

I had a random panic that SSR sent me the wrong lug pattern. I didn’t plan to test fit these until the very end. But I needed a win.

Removing vinyl eyelids to make fiberglass ones.
Shops were quoting me no less that 2k PER SEAT to reupholster my seats. So I decided to clean and redye them myself as well as recover the cushions in an orange gradation.

These eye bolts are never in the right thread. Made my own.
Rough outline of eyelids done. Trimming to size then skim coat and sanding after.
Overspray all over exhaust. Not just overspray, primer, base coat and clear. I had to use a razor blade, and wire brush. Then polish to clean up.

FINALLY figured out why my A Pillar covers would not fit. Happy to have these back. Purp headliner is so lux.
HD clamps and no more sliders. Seat was moving way too much under hard turns.

I tried to rinse off the grime and dirt but it needs a deep cleaning and probably a claybar.
UV tint looks great.
Car was breaking up after first test drive. While cleaning plugs I found a major boost leak.

Life been lifing. I have been off the internet for a while and its been a pleasure. Doing this for the enjoyment.

I am very happy with how the car is turning out. I still have a short somewhere blowing my tail light and radio fuses, need to wrap the roof, add a few more stickers and graphics, and I am supposed to be getting a GT wing for my spare trunk.
